A freshman NCAA Division I, Ivy League runner for Columbia University, George Blaha brings experience competing under coaches at the elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate level, including famed coach Tom Schwartz, former Atlanta Track Club elite team member Patrick Peterson, legendary GA high school coaches Jolie and Steve Cunningham, and the current Columbia coaching staff. Blaha began his running career in fourth grade running local 5k races. He now competes against the best in the country in the NCAA (along with his twin brother Edward). Blaha brings a wealth of knowledge about not just training, but also nutrition, recovery, and competitive mentality. He also brings unique expertise in the coaching of injured runners, as he has successfully self-coached while injured on numerous occasions.

PRs of 3:59 in the 1500m, 8:25 in the 3km, 15:05 in the 5km.
2 time Georgia team track state champion, team cross country state champion, 4x800 state champion, 7x all-state runner, 1x all-state wrestler.
